テックの女神様 is the most powerful known entity on ataraxia. only gods know about its existance and even they fear it, since it is known to be tecnically indestructable.
once its HP hit 0, it automatically fully recovers instantly, so the only possible way to get rid of it, is to seal it away.
But even when sealed, its powerful consciousness affects all thinking, humanoid creatures on the planet and gives the spark to tecnologically evolve mankind - which works in direct opposition to the god's will.
