Description
Surely one of the most weird creatures on Ataraxia.
What might well be seen as Monthy Python's "Killer Bunny" gone wrong, is actually called a "Wolperdinger". This hybrid creature is basically a small chimera, created by human alchemists in secret biolabs labs in the Dark Elven Empire Veldrin Rharr.
Developed for possible warfare, they were created to pass as "DN- combat animals" with superpowers, that should not be affected by the "Cell-Curse" - however, even though they are created from "DN animals" only, oddly, they still turn into cell when they die. Alchemists have yet to find out the reasons.
These odd experiments actually tend to be released into the wild for field testing - and end up escaping most of the time. Considered doomed to die without a life-extending agent tho, they are often left alone. Rumor however goes, that some actually manage to survive even under harsh conditions and without life extending agent.
Wolperdingers are pretty aggressive and blood thirsty in nature, they tend to attack especially humanoids violently.
